The next step is to remove the exterior wall on the end of the existing garage because this wall is common to both buildings. This is the place where the two buildings and roof lines will be joined together. All the electric wires had to be removed from the inside of the wall and the roof rafters had to be supported before tearing the end of the garage wall off.
The wall is down for the most part. The only damage done was a broken window from the fallout and a HUGE blood blister on my finger. OUCH!
Forget the hammer for these remaining small boards. My size 13 right foot will make quick work of that board.
The wall is off and I'm ready for the framers to come in and do their thing in the morning.
