The second truck is unloaded and I figured just the right amount of concrete. I think we only took away 2 wheelbarrow loads of leftovers.
Now comes the wait game to let the concrete set up some so it can be finished with the power trowel. Thanks to all the guys who gave their Saturday morning to help with this very inportant pour. Dave V., his neighbor Jerry S. and his Bro-in-law Donnie, Mark G., Painter Frank, Jason, Carroll B., my finish man Bruce K., and Marylou and Jodie. Also thanks to the nice drivers from T.B.& H Concrete who did a perfect job putting the 'crete down for me
The finish process is underway. This will go on to late in the night and even the next day because it was so cold out and the concrete would not set up.
Some of the edges had to be done by hand.
