The first sanding of the base prime coat is done...
...and the stripes are getting masked off.
The car has been taken apart and the base coat of dark blue has been put on.
The wet sanding and buffing process has started. It won't be long and the front end sheet metal will go back together.
New treads on the front, rears to follow soon.
The front sheet metal is back together for the most part and the major wet sanding and buffing is done. Only part left on the paint work is the final buff after re-assembly is done. Even without that, the shine is so much I can see my reflection when I took a few of the pictures.
